Questions & Answers

I have this interface in a patient room, I control the light using my pillow speaker and an extra device. Every time that my second device triggers the interface the light works but the interface blue status light starts resetting. why?

Asked by: Jorge
We don't know the details of this setup, but we can tell you that the LMIN-104 is an input device only. It cannot provide feedback to the pillow speaker or any other system other than the local DLM system. We suggest you contact your local Wattstopper representative for a site visit to determine whether this is an issue where we can provide further support or if there is a potential issue with your pillow speaker.

Is this BAA compliant?

Asked by: Julia
Hi Julia, At present this product is not BAA Complient. In an effort to clearly identify our BAA products the part codes with a -U at the end are BAA compliant.

I need to control an LMCP24 via a theatrical lighting console (ideally, DMX). Is there a way to send DMX control data into an LMPI, so that I can control the 0-10v auditorium house lights from this panel?
